Refund policy

If for any reason you find our product to be unsuitable or are not happy with it, you have the right to return the product to us for a full product refund. All we ask is that you return the product in its original packaging in a saleable condition within 14 working days of receipt. Where products are not faulty it is your responsibility to arrange the return of any products at your own cost. Hijabs which are marked/stained with make-up and or smelling of perfume or odours will not be accepted by us. Before returning an item to us, please confirm the return via our email Info@majesticscarves.com. Please state the reason for return, in the email with the order number and the item or items you are returning. When sending items back please ensure a note with your name, address, invoice number is including in the packaging. If this has not been added we will be unable to refund you. We will refund you once the items have been received by us. Please be aware that the refund are done 3- 5 working days after we have received the items. It is advised that returns are sent via trackable means to ensure that if any issue occurs when returning it can be sorted out.
