Prices

The prices of the goods are as quoted on the website, on the date the customer’s order is placed subject only to technical error for which shall Majestic Scarves not be liable. If our system charges you less money than the actual price of that should have been arrested due to a technical error, we will contact you asking for authorisation to debit the difference in payment. Should our system charge you any extra due to any technical error, we shall refund you immediately.

  1. What you are allowed to do
    You may only use the Site for personal use and only in accordance with these terms. Additional terms may apply to the use of particular parts of the Site and products and services which are available from it from time to time. You may print a copy of any page of the Site for your own personal purposes, provided you do not do any of the things set out under Section 2 below.

    Majestic Scarves accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to hardware or software caused to you by downloading material from the Site.
